All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form. Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers at the email address given on the homepage.
Below are the registration fee rates for IAMG2017:

*To be eligible for a Member Delegate registration, you must be a current member of the International Association for Mathematical Geosciences. For more information on membership please visit the IAMG website
** To be entitled to the advertised registration fee you must have registered and paid by the official closing date for ‘Early’ or ‘Standard’ registration (AEST).
*** A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Students are required to send a copy of their student identification card to the Conference Managers via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to +61 2 9267 5443. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
**** Accompanying Persons: if you would like to purchase tickets to the social events for your accompanying person or guest, please note you can do so through the online registration form by purchasing additional tickets to the social functions

Registration Terms and Conditions
The registration fee entitles all member, non-member and student delegates to the following:
• All Conference sessions
• Complimentary satchel containing program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
• Entry to all social functions:
o Welcome Reception / Icebreaker on Sunday 3 September 2017
o Conference Dinner on Wednesday 6 September 2017
• Complimentary catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Certificate of attendance
You will not receive any further publications before the conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference. Please see the conference registration staff onsite to claim your certificate of attendance.
Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Please visit our secure website www.iamg2017.com to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa . Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers email@example.com.
Registration Fees: Before 01/06/17 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee. From 01/06/17 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 05/08/17 there will be no refund.
Accommodation: A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation. A cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation rate will apply for cancelled bookings from 30 working days prior to the Conference date.
Social: Payments are non-refundable at 05/08/17
Tours: Payments are non-refundable at 05/08/17
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
